MKE cell phone lot: where to wait for arriving passengers

Where is the MKE cell phone lot?
Immediately south of the parking garage, within walking distance of the terminal. The airport's driving page calls it the Surface Lot/Cell Phone waiting area.

Rules
The first 30 minutes are free: the airport lists the Cell Phone Lot with the Hourly and Surface lots in its rule that stays of 30 minutes or less are free, and posts no separate rate for longer waits. Drivers picking someone up should wait here or in Hourly Parking rather than at the curb unless they are actively loading.
Waiting at the curb and other options
- Picking someone up: you may use the arrivals curbside lane near Baggage Claim and stay in your car; if you are not actively loading, wait in the Cell Phone Lot or in Hourly Parking, where 30 minutes or less is free. Dropping off: use the departures curbside lane near Ticketing and stay with your car, or park in Hourly Parking, free for 30 minutes or less. At the International Terminal, ten spaces to the west are for picking up arriving passengers only.
Meeting them inside instead
To walk in and meet your passengers in the terminal, park in short-term parking. The lowest posted price at a lot within walking distance:
