Where is the BDL cell phone lot?
On Light Lane, less than three minutes' drive from Terminal A; on the parking map it is along Route 75, north of the main entrance.

Rules
Free. Waiting is not allowed at the curb or in the arrivals pick-up area: wait in the lot until your passenger has collected their luggage and calls you, then drive to the curb.
