Where is the JAX cell phone lot?
Next to the Jacksonville Aviation Authority (JAA) Administration Building at 14201 Pecan Park Road, about a two-minute drive from the terminal. Coming in on Airport Road, turn left after the JAA building onto Pecan Park Road, then left into the Waiting Lot.

Rules
For drivers picking up passengers. Not an overnight lot: vehicles left overnight are towed at the owner's expense. Drivers may not wait at the arrivals curb; stop there only when your passenger is standing at the curb with their luggage.
Waiting at the curb and other options
- Picking someone up: drivers may not wait at the arrivals curb; stop only when your passenger is standing at the curb with their luggage, or wait in the Cell Phone Lot on Pecan Park Road, about two minutes away. Uber and Lyft pick up on the Lower Arrival Curb at Poles 1 and 2 and drop off on the Upper Departure Curb; hotel shuttles stop at the North Upper Level Departure Curb.
Meeting them inside instead
To walk in and meet your passengers in the terminal, you pay for short-term parking. The lowest posted price at a lot within walking distance:
