Getting there from the terminal (picking up a car)

After collecting your bags, follow the Rental Car signs inside Terminal A to level 2; the corridor to the Ground Transportation Center is by door 6. No shuttle is needed. If you arrive at Terminal B, take the shuttle to Terminal A first. If someone drops you off, use the Departures curb near doors 4, 5 or 6 and take the covered walkway.

Returning the car and getting to the terminal

Follow the roadway signs to return the car at the Ground Transportation Center. After you drop it off, go to the third floor of the Ground Transportation Center and take the connecting corridor to Terminal A. There is no parking for personal vehicles at the rental car location: if you leave your own car to pick up a rental, park in one of the BDL lots and walk or take the shuttle to the Ground Transportation Center, which is easy to reach from the Parking Garage and Terminal A. Wheelchair assistance to the Ground Transportation Center can be requested through your airline on landing or at the rental counter when you return the car.
