How does airport parking work? 
It’s so easy!!! Once you pull into our lot and up to our cashier kiosk you will be directed to a specific parking row (either covered or uncovered). One of our friendly drivers will then come and pick you up at your vehicle, assist with your luggage and depart (with you and your party) to the airport! When you arrive home, exit through baggage claim and hop on one of the On Time! Vans that rotate through the arriving flights shuttle lane every 5 to 7 minutes. The driver will ask for you locator card (given to you when you park) and will take you to your car. From there you check out with the cashier and then you are on your way!
What are the hours of operation?
We are open 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. Even for those redeye middle of the night flights you are covered with On Time!
What happens if I experience car trouble?
On Time! employees are trained and ready to assist with flat tires and dead batteries. We are even prepared with new Interstate Batteries available for sale in the event that a jump start won’t work! In addition, we have contacts for 24 hour tow services and lock services should they be required.
We are now accepting some limited applications for large corporations with lots of travel needs. Flight crew qualify for reduced rates with current identification. For more information visit our corporate page.
How long does it take to get to the airport?
We are less than a 3 minute drive from the airport! We never wait around to fill our vans, so you will always experience super fast service. Our vans run 
rotation throughout the day and night so an On Time! van is never far away. From the time you enter our lot to the time you are walking through the doors of the Albuquerque Sunport departure gates generally takes about 10 to 15 minutes max!
How do I find an On Time! Shuttle upon my return?
When you arrive home you simply exit outside of the baggage claim area. There are signs guiding you to the shuttle pick up area. Once you walk outside you will see the shuttle lanes. From here you board an On Time! van and our driver will take you right back to your vehicle!
